Sarah Neef is a doctoral student and research assistant at TU Dortmund, where she has been lecturing since 2017 as part of the British Literary Studies team. Prior to this, she worked as a student assistant and tutor at Paderborn University in addition to a number of related fields including foreign language teaching, translation of professional texts, and publishing of both academic and creative texts.

She holds a Master’s degree in British and American Literary and Cultural Studies from the University of Paderborn and her PhD project focusses on Cultural Geography and Identity Construction in British Urban Fantasy.
